Advanced Physical Therapy Center in the Process of Developing FUN Fit Classes
Update! February 19, 2009 Advanced Physical Therapy Center is in the process of developing FUN Fit classes to be offered at the downtown Conway location beginning March 9, 2009. These classes are for anyone who is interested in adding Functional Exercise to their routine.
The classes will be 60 minutes long and consist of a 10 minute warm up, 30 minutes of interval training with an emphasis on function, a 10 minute cool down and 10 minutes of stretching.
The classes will be divided into three levels; Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced.
The cost will be $100 per month for 2 classes a week or $15 per class.
Individual training sessions are $90 for a fitness assessment and $45 for a FUN Fit exercise training session.
Classes are limited to 6 individuals and are offered on a first come, first serve basis.
